Winter ist’s. Kalt ist’s. Draußen schneit’s! Perfekt für die würzige Wärme von innen. Voller Geschmack in schönster
Bernsteinfarbe. Da darf der Winter ruhig noch bleiben.

(swing top bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet and bready, honey-fruity nose with a touch of cara-malt and a shy herbal touch in the back. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate, almost crispy carbonation. Slightly bready, cara-malty taste; medium-dry, sweet crusty and malty finish with a light level of hoppy bitterness. Decent Winter-Festbier (14.07.08).

Re-rate from bottle.
Light dusty, dry cookie malt, honey, no juiciness. Still a bit restrained in flavor, quick finish. OK.
Old Rating 8 5 6 4 5
Bottle. Amber, low carbonation, tanned head. Neutral nose. Fairly lightbodied, welbalanced blandness, cookie malt with a hop-dry finish. Ok, but doesnt make me celebrate.
