Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a minor head. Aroma is fruits, some funk, wood and mild spiciness to it. Flavour is floral, some tartness, mild nectar, funk, wood, spices and a nice dry mouthfeel. Smooth and very top act in sour beers!

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is pretty intense on the peach and apricot, with a little acetone, what hints at lots of acidity, and a touch of oak. Flavour is pretty similar, with intense apricot and peach upfront, some pit, light-to-medium acidity, and a touch of oak. Loads of tart, juicy peach/apricot. Not the most complex sour beer, but it's well-made.

New Years dinner part 5. Paired with assorted cheeses, truffle crisps and pickled grapes. Sadly the beer was quite sharp which ruined the pairing. No score...
