Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Colin. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a halo of loose white head. Aroma is nutty biscuity malts, grassy hop, nettle, wet grass. Flavour is composed of light earthy grains, nutty, grassy herbal hop, light mineral. little nelson. Palate is dry , pithy, chalky, highish carbonation. Not bad.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Gluten Free. Golden amber colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of zesty citrus, pine, fruity, hop. Taste is sweetish, malt, biscuit, grains, with citrus hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonationm, citrusy tangy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Thornbridge online, 10/12/22. Clear golden with a just off white head that stays as a swirl. Nose is bitter orange, grapefruit, light pine nip, grass, melon. Taste comprises grass, bitter orange, tangerine, melon, citric tinged straw, guava, pine nip. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Decent session gear.

Cask at Hops, Crewe – but drunk several times before. Not sure I’m putting this review in the right place, but I have chosen the gluten free version because 1) the pump clip matched the bottle in the photo 2) the beer itself was a darker colour than I remembered – as per previous reviewers description Anyway, pours a dark gold with a small off-white head and good lacing. The aroma is sweet and malty, and the taste in the mouth is similar but with the addition of tropical fruits. Flavours of orange, tangerine and pineapple with some hints of floral hops. Some bitterness creeps in late and the finish is slightly dry. This is reasonable, but a bit bland for a Thornbridge beer.

330 ml bottle, from Vaaland, Bryne. Gluten free, ABV is 4.5%. Clear and deep golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of malts and bread, only a hint of fruity hops. Citric mouthfeel. The flavour has again notes of malts and bread, the hops are more earthy than citric, decent bitterness though. Thornbridge is still one of my favourite breweries - this beer, however, does not overwhelmingly support that opinion.
