Imperial Chocolate Stout.
On the label it states that PIM, chief of Moersleutel, and fourth of the six anniversary beers, holds 50 grams of cocoa per liter. But that was a wrong calculation. It’s actually 62 grams of cocoa per liter!
Don’t be mistaken. This is not your ordinary “loads of milk chocolate” stout. This cocoa is of a beautiful quality, which invites you to discover all kinds of delicate flavors. A subtle layering of red fruits, some caramel and maybe a bit of honey. No extra adjuncts, just good cocoa. With a beautiful dark bitter to balance it all out.

Tap@Moersleutel 6 year TTO Taphouse, Copenhagen (27/08/2022) - black with a tan head. Prominent opulent chocolate malty, sweet but not pastry sweet, cocoa nibs, singed brown sugar, some undercurrents of caramel and fudge like sweetness, full bodied with a velvety mouthfeel, sweet lingering dark malty finish. Lovely.

Taster. Decent brew... Nothing more, nothing less. Expected more from an anniversary brew. It's getting commercial these anniversaries from Moersleutel. Nothing special or out of the ordinary.

Dunkel schokoladiger Beginn, weiche Herbe, im Hintergrund erstaunlich schwach. Dann schlägt der Alkohol zu, würzig, das Schokoladenaroma steigt an. Cremig malziger Abgang. 10/11/12/11//11

Can, 11%. Black with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, dark fruit and cocoa. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, sweet, little dark fruit, cocoa, warming and medium bitter.
