Our flagship beer is the epitome of a lager. It is the beer you can enjoy everyday no matter the occasion. Whether you’re celebrating a victory of your favorite sports team, or throwing back a couple with friends or coworkers, this beer is unobtrusive. It is the cold, crisp, light, yet flavorful accompaniment to life. Just enough malt and noble hop flavor to subconsciously remind you how enjoyable it is after every sip, while not distracting you from making unforgettable memories. This is the style our Goldfinger ancestors would have brewed and certainly would have enjoyed.

Basis pale lager. Tastes a little like corn. Pours clear golden with ok bubbles. Finishes clean but not crisp. Snally.

On tap at Blind Tiger, pours a clear pale blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out herbaceous notes, grassy hops, and straw. Flavour is crisp, with herbaceous notes, sweet biscuity malt, and straw. Herbaceous and biscuity finish. Decent.

16oz can from the brewery. Less than a week from canning date. Bready, light, effervescent. Easy drinking, quite refreshing. Quite delicate on the palate, really clean and easy drinking, but also has some nice malt undertone. World Class Helles, pretzely melanoidan touches? Great stuff, really impressive execution.

Can from Beer On the Wall in Arlington Heights. Pours a clear straw gold with a pillowy head of white foam that lingers. Lovely bready malt aromas with some light fruit-like notes as it warms. More of the same on the pallet. Super crushable with a faint earthy bitterness towards the end. Soft mouthfeel. Excellent.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges slowly. Aroma has a good amount of straw with some sweet grains and straw supporting. Flavor has slightly sweet grains and straw with a bit of hay in the finish.

Canned April 13th 2021.

Pours a pale gold with a large head of foam.

I note bready and toasted malt with a bit of spicy hops in the smell.

Taste matches the smell. So crisp and clean and nicely balanced. Easy drinking. Hoppiness is very Noble like.

Medium body with lively carbonation.

So tasty and satisfying. A hit.

There's a bit of dry hop in the nose, though surrounded by sweet malt. Not the beer” smell of, say, a PBR. Bright gold color, a healthy white head. Taste is nice and malty. I take back my impression of dry hop. Rather there's just enough to keep to basic beer taste, moreso than its nose. A bit more mouthfeel than the thin megabrews. I'm calling a bit of fruity estrr from the yeast. Like a concentrated PBR, I'd say. Very much more ordinary than the Pils. Not as crushable as the style might suggest. But a good base beer.
