気まぐれシリーズでは、その名の通り、その時々の気持ちや焦点を当てたいものを大切にし、毎度レシピを変更しています。今年の秋の気まぐれはこれまで以上にホップの香りとフレーバーを取り上げた味わいに仕上げました。麦芽は前作に引き続き、しっかりとしたボディとダークフルーツのような風味を出すクリスタルモルトを主体にし、前年を上回る量のホップのブレンドを投入しました。新しい年度のフレッシュなホップということもあり、鼻を抜けるフルーティーな香りとほどよい苦みが存分に味わえる出来です。自然の恵みを感じることの多い秋らしい、ホップのあふれるような個性をテーマにしたモダンIPAをどうぞお楽しみください。

Rich malt character with firm bitterness and hop flavor and aroma reminiscent of ripe fruit.

We change the recipe for each version of the Kimagure series each year, and this year the focus is on more hop flavor and aroma. The malt choice is similar to last year, using a high amount of crystal malts for body and dark fruit flavor. Hop usage is increased and the varieties chosen to impart a rich ripe fruit character in addition to a firm bitterness. The result is a seasonal IPA with flavors and aromas of modern IPAs with a hop bite from yesteryear.
