Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a hazy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright peaches, huge barnyard funky and some light acidity. Flavour is quite acidic, with bright peaches, barnyard funk, and oak. Very acidic but very juicy and peachy, with a good funk character. Excellent but I need to try this again in a fresh bottle without 100+ other beers to try in the same day.

28/4/2023. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly short lasting white head. Aroma is woody, peach, citrus, biscuit, funk, musty notes. Moderate sweetness and medium sourness with a salty edge. Medium body, oily, soft carbonation. Sour tangy finish. Enjoyable.

Small white rim; hazy peach-coloured beer. Lambic, wild yeasts, horseblanket, and faint whiffs that are indeed peach, zandkoekjes . Seriously sour, sharp. All fruitsugars turned into acids; lactic acid. There is a background malt-y flavour that reminds of other grains, wholemeal bread. Retronasal peach-y. Burning MF, acidburn and -thinning, lipsmacking acidity, yet some slickness. Good carbonation. Not the easiest from 3F... but in the end, captivating, fascinating.
