Pours an unclear blonde, small to medium white head. Scent is funky, very ripe and intense fruits. Taste is full, intense fruityness. Medium tart. Dry, some oak, elegant acidic back. Medium carbo, very fruit forward. Might benefit from a bit more time in the bottle.

Flaska från 3 Fonteinen. Blend n˚20 · season 21 - 22. Varm orangefärgad med vit krona. Doftar sött och fruktigt av godispersikor. Åt det något syrligare hållet. Mycket gott, men saknar mer djup i frukten.

Freshly popped 75cl bottle, half a third pour @ IMBC 2022. Pours gold with a fine mist, white head. Fairly disappointing compared to the excellent Balance and St Mars beers tried here. No peaches coming through either, maybe on the linger. But really lacking a nice wild sour depth of flavour.

First one at IMBC 22 poured from the bottle by Werner, cheers! Clearish golden color, white edge head. Nice funky dusty stonefruit and cutrus aroma. Taste has moderate funk and subtle pepper, moderate fruit, silky smooth mouthfeel. Beautiful.

750ml. bottle. Blend 20. @Lambik-O-Doom, Lot (Belgium). 04/09/2022 [#5.341 Global - #181 Belgium - #14 Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen] Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Good retention. Aroma: peach, yoghurt, oak and funk. Taste: soft oak, good amount of peach and some funk. Balanced acidity. Next one please!

Bottle at Open Beer Days. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong peach flesh, floral, oak. Thin body, tart peach, light oak and funk, balanced acidity, enjoyed this.

At BXL. Hazy orange golden. A ton of peach, soft funk, wheat. Very nice mix of fruit with a great amount of funk. Not soo sour either. Well done.
