Red-brownish body, with a moderate, light beige head. Aroma of fresh, kind of minty herbs, yellow grapes, tonic, wood, some wild yeast. Tastes similar. Medium mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes medium bitter, a bit acidic, vinous, fruity, a bit wooden. Great stuff, really unique and characterful. There's a lot going on, while very well balanced at the same time. 750mL bottled June 2022, drunk 2/14/24. Red-cranberry, clear. No head. Juicy grape, rich and mellow. Oak, Brett, mild lactic, light funk, nothing weird. Soft, juicy, lactic, woody, mellow grape. Good carbonation and dry with mineral and fruity Brett. Promising brewery.

Flaska från Antidoot, 2022. Lite svårdefinierad rosa-rost-orange i färgen, med vit krona. Viss bärighet och cinchona i doften. Lättare än förväntat för en Ambigu. Bärigt, druvigt, kinin. Lätt bärighet, typ smultron och druvor, nästan lite rosé, möter bitterhet från barken. Bitterheten ligger kvar i eftersmaken. Gott och snyggt.

Beautiful amber reddish brown colour, beige foam. Nose of red wine, berries. Tart, lots of tannins, a bit dry and astringent. Tart and lemony, not very complex. Not the best Antidoot.
