Specially created for the spring and summer festival season, this is a thirst-quenching zesty pale ale ideal for the long hot summer days. Brewed with generous amounts of Columbus, Summit, Australian Summer and Sorachi Ace hops to impart incredibly orange and lemon, apricot and melon flavours with a deliciously refreshing grapefruit aroma.

Cask at the Peterborough beer festival 2022 day 3. Light golden colour with a white head. Slight fruity citrus. Dry to light bitter. Light body.

Cask: Poured an orange with a bubble tan head. Aroma is citrus, hoppy, malty. Taste is light hops, malty, caramel, toffee.

14/8/2021. Cask at the 24th Festival of Beer and Brewing at the Museum of East Anglian Life, Stowmarket. Pours clear dark straw gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of citrus, straw, lemon peel, touch of herb. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish.
