Lapin Kulta Tuisku on luonnon parhaista raaka-aineista pintahiivalla valmistettu luomuolut. Oluen täyteläinen ja vivahteikas maku syntyy käytetyistä luomumaltaista, pintahiivakäymisestä, runsaasta humaloinnista ja luomuyrtti siankärsämöstä. Väriltään olut on kauniin vaaleanruskea ja valoa taittavan samea.
Lapin Kulta Tuisku -olutta on valmistettu numeroitu 85 000 pullon erikoiserä, tuote on myynnissä vain rajoitetun ajan.

Must say that I didn’t expect too much. So I guess it qualifies as a ’nice surprise’. Fruity and rich, somewhat heavy. And as far as I can remember, ’twas my first "luomu" beer that actually was a success.

500ml bottle from Alko in Mounio by courtesy of Rune. Golden body, with foamy white head. Malty, with notes of citrus and sweet corn. Sweet tasting slushy beverage. Hints of wet paper in the finish. The best feature is the bottle, really! (Sampled at XIII Session 10. March 2010)

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Pale amber, small head. Slight odd floral spicy nose. Sweetish and fruity, light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Fruity and spicy with some herbal bitterness. Unusually clean and flawless for a Hartwall.

500ml flip-top bottle, no.11236, by courtesy of Finn. Golden-brown body, last pour with sediments. White, foamy head. Smell of sweet corn and bready malts. Grainy malts and herbal dryness in flavour. Papery dryness on the swallow and rather thin bodied. Slushy impression (shared with friends in Tromsø, 10.03.2011).

Flaske 0,5 l kjøpt fra Alko Muonio og utlevert på Kilpishalli. Gyldenbrun. Litt uklar. OK kremaktig skum. Svakt søtlig maltaroma. Lite kullsyre. Vassen smak med antydning til litt malt. Forsiktig bitter avslutning. KI=4

50cl bottle. Poured hazy amber color with a frothy white head, some lacing. Aroma is malt with hints of herbs and fruits. Flavour is bready malts with some hints of citrus/lemon. Finish is dry. Not really know what to think about it. Drinkable but I wouldn´t buy it again.

Brown beer with quite weak and beige head. Aroma is slightly aromatic, malty sweetness, some rasberries and herbs also maybe hint of fruits. Taste is malty, some roasted malts and berries, some bitterness at the beginning and it is herbal style. Quite light to drink with medium carbonation. Easy, slightly aromatic beer, but everything should be more.

Bottled 500ml flip top (BB 05/2011, bottle #8423)
Interesting that bottle doesn’t mention Teerenpeli at all just says "Finnish microbrewery". In the press release Teerenpeli was openly published.
Deep amber color, small white head. Sweetish, almost toffeish aroma with herbal notes. As in the many organic beers, grainy maltyness dominates the flavor. Taste of yarrow is clearly present as some hoppyness in the finish. Palate is quite watery, needs more body. Interesting brew, but taste is more or less dissapointing.

Bottled (from Alko, Vaasa). Amber colour with mediumsized beige head. Aroma is mild fruits, some malts, bready notes as well as some slight notes of herbs. Flavour is caramel malts, mild dark dry fruityness, some mild syrup as well as herbs and some rye. Ends quite bittery sweet.
