(Bottle 33 cl) I’ve had spelt-beers from Belgium and Germany before, but this blend of 70% barley-malt and 30% (unmalted?) spelt is pretty unique I believe. Beautiful yellow colour, unfiltered. Decent Head. Curious - but not unpleasant - smell that seems familiar, I don’t remember from what though. In the first mouthfull this has a pilsener-presence, but the spelt adds a spicy edge. Quite interesting variation of a pils. 260601

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy yellow colored brew with an slightly dry bitter taste, very grainy hints due the use of the spelt grain.

Bottle from Grima, thanks! Pale blonde. Grainy, buttery aroma. Grainy flavor with bitter walnuts and rancid butter. Diacetyl hiding the citrus notes.

Fles in Luxemburg geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is helder geel bier met een medium schuimkraag. Weinig koolzuur. De smaak is graan achtig, beetje waterig.

Bottle @ home. Pale colour, white foam disappears quickly. Malty, bit grassy, some grainy notes. Taste is thin and watery, easy drinkable. Meh
