Score
5.39
ABV: 4.5% IBU: 23 Ticks: 40

(Draught at Go Ten Café, Luxembourg, 16 June 2014) Pale yellow colour with brief, white head. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, grain, hay and a strange touch of sewage. Malty, fruity taste with notes of apricots, bread, grain, and grassy hops in a dry finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. A strange sourness in the nose disappears in the mouth, making it quite interesting. Enjoyable.

a) Very pale in the glass. The beer starts malty, slightly grainy. Very smooth. The mainpart is quite sharp, a bit unround, but very interesting. In the aftertaste grain, a bit of sharp hops, malt.
--> an interesting beer. Not as easy to drink as expected, but interesting! 10/11/10/10

b) Sehr helle Farbe, mild-weicher Antrunk. 12/13/13/12

Bottle, 4.5%. Buttery aroma, not too unpleasant. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is buttery and citric with low bitterness. OK refreshing, but not exactly good. I think I have had worse Dinkels.

Bottle @ Zentraleuropäischer Wahnsinn 2. Pours clear pale straw with small white head. Smells like the only liquid yoghurt available in Communist Poland years ago. Strawberries and mild. What the hell is it doing in my beer?! Rough, malty and bready flavour with notes of hops and, yes, that freaking Polish youghurt of yesteryears. Mildly bitter aftertaste. God, no more pseudonostalgia like that, please.
