Biere de coupage is the method of blending young beer with old beer. We carefully blended oak barrels of farmhouse city beer with young Saison brewed with Atlanta water and aged hops. This blend is soft and fresh and has notes of fresh lemon peel, hints of floral hops, and a subtle structure from our oak barrels.

MBCC. Light hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light yeasty and light hoppy. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet an dlight bitter finish. 100524
