This bier, un-apologetically classic, brewed with German malted barely, Hallertauer Hersbrucker and Hallertauer Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops from our friend's at SeitzFarm, German yeast, and Atlanta water. It was krausened and lagered for 6 weeks. Naturally carbonated, an integrated hop profile, and pleasantly bitter. This process brings out the best in us and gives us clarity.
