Mikkeller Beer Celebration, Red Session. Clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of pale malt, straw, cereals. Taste of fresh grainy malt, straw, mild bitterness.

Lukr at Grand Delancey, 4/29/23. Clear brass. Small, moderately-well-retained, white head. That's a German pils! Wow. what a yeast! Papier mache, plaster, mineral, with attenuated honey-like malt and a scattering of peppery hops. Soft, malty, more of the insane yeast profile from the nose. Hard to describe but it's legit. Big mineral, cracker, baguette, honey. Herbs. Ultra clean. Oh yeah, Halfway Crooks, I'm listening...
