F: medium, white, quick gone.
C: deep gold, hazy.
A: woody, funky, rhubarb, old lemon, cellar.
T: light sour fruity, woody, funky, rhubarb, gooseberries, citrus, old furniture, dry on the palate, soft carbonation, nice yet not so complex, enjoyed for sure.

750mL bottle at Lambiczoon, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma has a dusty rhubarb character, with moderate barnyard funk, and light earthiness. Flavour has earthy rhubarb, light peppery notes, and moderate funk. Light acidity and nicely earthy rhubarb character on the finish. Excellent.

Bottle. Clear golden. Bright funk, quite mineral, sour wheat, a hint of sulphur, grassy, apple, light smoke. There’s a hint of rhubarb on the nose but I don’t taste it al all. Medium sour, lighter sweet. Medium bodied, sparkly carbonation and a bit dry. An OK beer but I don’t really get rhubarb and 3F can make way more impressive lambic than this, especially the sulphur is not very nice.
