A beautiful, reddish brown beer with a long-lasting, big and beige head. Aroma of caramell, fruits, lemony and slightly wooden hoppyness, aroma is quite nice and aromatic. Taste is nutty and slightly toffeeish, medium strong hoppyness, that continues to long and wooden, dry aftertaste. Medium bodied, nicely smooth to drink. I got positive feeling from this beer, tastefull and enough of aromatic nuancees despite of wooden characters.

Bottled@Cosmic Comic Cafe, Turku. Reddish amber colour with a mediumsized creamy head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with some sweet malts. Flavour is a nice balance between malts and hops. Also has a quite nice big bitterness in the finish. Pleasantly balanced.

Smell of hops. Copper red colour, beige head. Fruity, strong malty aftertaste. Sweet, some caramel to be noticed. Also some hoppy bitterness, some IPA qualities, even more when warmer.

New keg, the first half-pint from washed line. Clear deep amber-copper color, good creamy beige head, lace. Tacky, leathery berryish aroma, some passion fruit and strawberries. Medium-bodied. Rye bread, caramel, light berries, some bitterness in the finish. Feels less than 6 %. Quite typical US style amber/red ale. And for the masses as hop bitterness level is quite low. Clean, but uninspiring.

Draught @ Viisi Penniä, Helsinki

Pours light amber with a foamy sticky head. Aroma has notes of fresh hops, malts and caramel. Taste is quite refreshing with notes of fruits, berries and hops. Slightly sticky and unpleasant finish, though. Okay, quite tasty amber ale.

(Draught at Black Door, 20111031) The beer poured reddish brown and clear. Its head was large, dense and almost white. Aroma had molasses and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, molasses, hops, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and almost acrid. Nice start bad finish.

Draught @ Gastropub Nordic
A bit tart and sweetish aroma is hoppy and very fruity with hints of cardemum, but turns into bready malt at the end of the glass. Sweetish flavour has bready malt, some hops and Stallhagen house flavour. Weird, dry, a bit acidic and tart finish. Drinkable.
