Een fris en sprankelend Witbier met 4,9% alcohol. Troebel, met een prachtige goudgele gloed en een volle schuimkraag. Een zachte en fruitige smaak. Tonen van koriander en curaçaoschil in combinatie met een subtiel zuurtje zorgen voor een goede balans. In de afdronk wederom een mooie fruitigheid en een stevig bittertje.

Bottle @ home. Cloudy opaque yellow, small white head that disappears quickly. Smell malts, some lemon or citrus and some wheat. Taste wheat, lemon. Average carbo, low to medium.

Starker Kräuterantrunk mit deutlichen Hefeakzenten. Sehr blumig hopfig, verdrängt durch die zu starke Karbonisierung. Trotzdem sind die Aromen deutlich erkennbar, zum Ende verschmelzen sie zu einem weichen Gesamtaroma, eine minimale Säuerlichkeit passt. Bald werden die Kräuter milder, auch lohnt nun nicht mehr die Unterscheidung der verschiedenen Arten. Erfrischendes Wit! 8/8/10/10/10/9

From 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma of wheat and coriander, very citric. Flavour is refreshing citric with wheat and lemon blended into the finish. Finish is rather fruity.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, spices and some soap. Flavour is spicy, citrus, soap and some yeast. Some slight spicyness in finish. Refreshing and pleasant.
