Hazed pale golden in the glass and a small head on top. Fine intensity in the aroma. Balanced sourness and a acidity. Also a fine carbonation level for a beer like this. Fruity, funky, yeast, mild wood and citric flavor. [Bottle from Ölstudion Nordstan in Göteborg, Sweden]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some spruce, mild tart wooden tones as well. Flavour is floral, some wooden and mild tartness with mild acidity to it as well. Funky, in a nice way!

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is sweet malt, sour, cookie, butter, vinegar touch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, baking yeast, dough, sour, cookie - sweet malt, barrel touch. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20230105]

Happy 10th anniversary! They chose a great beer to celebrate. A large part BA saison blended with BA sour ale. The saison must've been fairly tart itself, because this is definitely puckering. 😋 Berlin Beer Week fest.
