This is our flagship beer. Our quadrupel has been spiced in order to increase complexity and further refinement in taste. Brewed once each year, bottled in 70-75cl bottles - thus sold in limited edition.

Flaskan skummade över Mörkt rödbrun med ett litet skum. Doft av torkad frukt, farin, thinner och våt målarfärg. Smakar torkad frukt, nötter och alkohol. Smakar som ung Chimay Bleu, vilket med tanke på priset är ett alternativ att föredra.

Backlog. Flaska från McQuillans, tack! Mörk rostbrun med beige skumpuck. En riktig crowdpleaser-quad. Tuggummi i mängder, söt fruktighet, lätt kryddighet. Noll motstånd.

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Explosive gusher, spraying the roof and losing a fair share of its content - I would not recommend cellaring any bottles of this, due to risk of explosion. Cloudy mahogany colour, brief lively head. Aroma of dates, mrazipan and caramel. Mid sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, marzipan, brown sugar and dates. Mildly warming finish. Complex and rich. Really nice, they really got to do something about the bottle conditioning issues.
