'tis the season. Clear amber pour with a small white head. Aroma of malt, some orange and nuts. Taste is malt, nuts, (cadied) orange, some caramel and sherry indeed. Not bad.

330ml green bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Clear amber-mahogany coloured body, fair beige head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Smooth aromas of caramel malts with a light herbal touch. Well blended taste of noble hops, and caramel malts. Mid-sweet brown malty finish. Clean on the swallow. Lunch friendly and lust for more. (Tromsø, 25.12.2024).

Bottle. A crystal clear copper colored brew with a firm, finger-thick white head. The aroma is grassy, piney and lightly peppery, with a light caramel maltyness and hints of hay. It's medium to full bodied and softly carbonated, not too sweet, and gently bittered. Caramel and some bread in the back of the flavor, with piney, grassy hops up front. Medium length finish. Not my idea of a Christmas beer, but at least it's a solid lager. 241222

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Clean malty nose, caramel and noble hops. Medium body, sweet caramel and toffee with a toasty note and sufficient, balancing hops. Shameful average this beer has received, this is excellent and immaculate craftmanship. 211221

Bottle. Clear amber with a small white head. Aroma features that trademark Einbecker flavour of grass, metal and skunk that I actually quite enjoy and wee bits of malts, honey and herbs. Taste of grass, malts, some toffee and caramel with hints of red fruits. After having read the label I am believing to detect faint traces of sherry. Dry and herbal finish. Very strong carbonation. Watery mouthfeel. Ok.
