Thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks very simple but good. Beer in the glass copper coloured, nice head. Starts hoppy, dry, a bit metallically. More and more moldy-malty, modest bitter. Okay.

Bottle: Chestnut-amber coloured, clear, visible carbonation, quickly collapsing loose off-white head, mild toasty nose with metallic traces; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied; slightly lingering dryish bitter-toasty finish with - again - a metallic tinge. Disappointing…

bottle, diky pane doktore! Clear amber colour, fluffy, small head. Malty start, slightly grainy with caramel and dried fruit. Shy hoppy finish.

Bottle from trade with McTapps, many thanks Sabine. Dark amber color with medium beige head. Caramel malt, red fruits in aroma. Taste, caramel malt, burned sugar, red fruits, herbs, toffee. Not tasty.

Typical Einbecker 0,33 l bottle. Clear light amber in the glass, light tanned head. Malty nose. Starts with a lot malt, bread, dry grain, low spicy. Not that typical Einbecker bitterness. Easy to drink. Nice one beside their standard style.

Bottled 330ml
Clear amber color, small off-white head. Grassy aroma with hints of caramel and bready maltyness. Light-bodied. Caramalt, light grassy notes but overall low bitterness. A bit lame but perhaps ok with greasy food.

Bottled (Thanks McTapps!). Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is sweet caramel, mild floral and grassy kind of sweetness along with a bit mashlike sweetness to it all. Flavour is sweet malts, a bit caramelly and bready along with a slight nice floral and grassy bitterness to it. Wellbalanced and quite nice.

Flasche (33 cl) aus dem Marktkauf-Getränkemarkt, Einbeck. - Mahagonifarben, kurzlebiger Schaum.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, amber colour with a beige and firm medium-sized foamy head. Delicately toasted malty aroma with notes of caramel, doughy and nutty spots. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Toasty malty taste with caramel and grassy and slightly herbal hops; sweet-bitter finish with notes of grassy hops. Nice. 21.XI.13
