Bottle, gift from a friend. Aroma is somewhat spicy yeast, grainy malt, noble hops, lightly fruity and grassy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Body is medium. Decent, somewhat peculiar aroma.

Corked bottle. Blonde. Soft floral aroma. Malty sweet fruity flavor. peach and floral notes. Sticky, but drinkable.

Caged and corked bottle 37.5cl. Light sourish nose; hazy pale golden, small frothy white head, half-way lasting, fair lacing. Aroma pale malts, peach, apricot, yeast, light citrus, grass, some basement. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, hint of acidity, malty, grainy, yeasty, fruity, spicy notes. Light sweetbitter aftertaste, yeasty, light alcohol notes, medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, nice tripel.

37.5cl Bottle from REWE Stenten. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of peach, butter, apricot, quite fruity, light fruity sourness. Flavour is medium sweet, light malty, fruity, stonefruit, light lemony, light spicy, yeasty, bittersweet finish. Medium bodied. OK.

Fles gedeeld @Benzai’s Carnaval Tasting. schenkt geel/wit met witte kraag, en enorm veel koolzuur tijdens het schenken. aroma redelijk zuur, mout, koriander, funky, paardendeken. smaken zijn redelijk zoet, citrus, saison achtig, gras, stro, enorm veel co2, fris, redelijk funky karakter, matige body. --- Beer merged from original tick of Sanctus on 18 May 2018 at 11:32 - Score: 7

Bottle @ Don’t want anything to do with carnaval tasting. A bit unclear yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste both remind me of Orval. Quite bretty, slightly sweet-bitter, mostly bitter. To be honest, I can’t really desscribe it. Decent body, average carbonation.

Bottle @ benzai’s carnaval. Hazy yellow colour with a medium sized white head. Smells brett, horseblanket, fresh. Tastes brett, fresh, fruity, saison. Thin to medium body, soft to medium carbo.

Smooth-yeasty beginning. Fresh, smooth, mild. The mainpart is very smooth and mild. Nice fruity yeasty banana-aroma. Very mild and easy to drink. The aftertaste is smooth, mild, only slightly alcoholic-warming without being sharp. Slightly bitter. Very nice!!

Yellow colour, dissipating white head. Aroma of malts, brown sugar. Sweet flavour, light malts, hint of bitterness. Sweet cloying finish.
