Sample from bottle @ Van Moll. Amber color, cloudy. Both rye and grapes in the aroma. Rye bread in the flavor. herbal. Anis. Hints of licorice. Peppermint. Interesting.

Sampled from bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub shared by Erwin Van Moll. Clear reddish color, small off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, rye, nicely bitter, lightly grassy. Quite nice. Decent body and carbonation.

Bottle from trade with Douberd, many thanks Christos! Trübe orangebraune Farbe, schöne cremige gelbliche Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, Roggen, ordentlich hopfig bitter. Geschmack schokoladig, viel Karamell, Roggenmalz, vollmundiges leckeres Bier!

Bottle @TCBW2015. Amber colored, thin white head. Woody, caramel, spruce aroma. Flavor has wood, bitter hops, caramel. Bitter, dry finish. Pleasant stuff.

Bottle. Aroma hoppy, grassy, fruity. Almost clear orange-amber colour. Taste is once again mostly hoppy, fruity. Tasty, easily drinkable.

Bottle shared at Behind The Hills 2014 Autumn Edition. Hazy red brown color with medium off-white head. Malty aroma with grassy and citrus hops. Taste, solid malty base with rye followed by nice citrus hops. Long light hoppy bitter finish.

Rated on June 7th, 2014. Pours dark amber, nice foam head. Aroma has some light malt or bread sweetness, small alcohol. Taste is surprisingly spicy and and rough. A bit robust and raw but quite exciting. Background feels somewhat sweeter, strong base, raw spicy bitterness.
