Our favorite fog dog gets some extra love with an extra dry hop of a new experimental varietal that we've become rather obsessed with as of late, HBC 586, in addition to the first two of our hand selected Azacca, Amarillo & Citra. Saturated salutations from our house to yours.

The aromas are citrus, resin, green grass, some fruit and a little sweat. Flavors are similar to nose, great balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation and somehow tacos! Good body and finish that leans a touch bitter. Very good drinking beer.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has citrus rind and dank citrus with a hint of mango and pineapple underlying. Flavor has dank citrus and rind with light pine and a touch of pineapple.
