Chocolate and coffee aroma notes of dark caramel.
Very nice chocolate cake flavor with bitter caramel , bitter coffee, ends bitter dark caramelly. Perhaps a bit too much bitter caramel

[August 2022] Near black with a frothy tan head and a massive coffee aroma, with a hint of ashtrays. Smooth and creamy, some sweet vanilla up front before big bitter coffee comes up and takes over

440ml can. Poured a clear black colour with a mostly lasting frothy tan head. The aroma is big roasted malt, almonds. The flavour is over moderate sweet and liqourice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, chocolate, coffee, pastry, nutty, liqourice, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation.

100ml draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Pitch black in the glass, scattered lacing, minimal head. Inviting aromas of black malts with a scent of nuts. The taste profile follows suit with donuts, chocolate, and wood, moments of coffee towards the finish. Not overly sweet. Decent sipper qualities. (Tromsø 08.10.2022).
