This Hybrid Craft Beer is made of 70% wort of our Imperial Porter, Drone² and 30% Red Wine 2017. The Red Wine of vineyard VieVinVjenne is made of Marechal Foch, Leon Millot, Rondo and Cabernet Cortis grapes and is aged for more than three years in oak barrels. After first fermentation we did a second fermentation with Brett. The Hybrid is aged for nine months on the same red wine oak barrels.
This resulted in a dark reddish brownish hybrid beer with slighty roasted flavours, notes of chocolat and coffee with a smooth black fruity finish of the soft tasty red wine. The Brett makes it all a bit more funky and fruity.

33cl bottle. A clear very dark brown beer with a beige. Aroma of red wine, wood, vanilla. Taste of strong dark malt, red wine, grapes, wood.

Trockener, moderat malziger Beginn. Süffig, weich, der Alkohol ist nicht erkennbar. Etwas röstig, mittellanger Abgang, rote Trauben, dunkles Malz, minimale Säure. 10/8/9/11//10
