Bottle, 330 ml at Goblet, Zagreb. Brownish with beige head. Very nice caramel, dried fruit, some figs and raisins, toffee, bourbon, medium sweetness. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Pitch black, thin beige head, nonlasting. Intense dry fruits nose - dates and figs. Some milder choclate, wood, roasted and whisky notes way in the back. Starts pretty sweet, dry fruits, syrupy and sticky. Mild bitterness, roasted touch and sweet finish. Lingering afetrtaste. Full body, sticky texture. Almost no trace of alcohol. Dangerously drinkable.

Bottle picked up from shop in Linz and consumed in the company of Craig and Stella at home Friday 13th October 2023, listening to 6Music. Pours almost reddish/brown with hardly any head, I thought that this was black but definitely reddish dark brown. Boozy and with lots of sherry notes, some light treacle touches, dark sticky fruits abound, this is v.nice.

Draught@TCBW2022. Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some alcohol, plum, mild gluelike elements (probably the alcohol). Flavour is super sweet malts, dried fruits, syrup, some alcohol and mild vanilla tones.

LCI Sweet, malty, a bit boozy. Caramel, vanilla, some raisin, plenty of barrel. Smooth, very nice.

Draught @ Pien, Helsinki. Sweet, heavy with maltiness, raisins, plums, figs, prunes, wood, oak, vanilla and green apples, some warming boozy notes. Intense.

Borefts XII Day 2. Hazy amber beer, no real head. Smooth palate, quite light, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a little cream and a trace of caramel. Good bourbon barrel, touch of oaky vanilla. Tastes like Cognac might be the other barrel. Cognac soaked ripe fruits on the semi dry and slightly spicy finish. Nice one.

Aroma: bourbon, dark chocolate, mild raisins and wood. Complex aroma. Taste: port barrels, some raisins and brown sugar. Depth. Light boozy. Next one please!

Very dark brown colour. Aroma and flavour has some sweet brown sugar. Lots of malts, raisins, vanilla, oak. Silky, thick, intense.
