Brewed with 100% @voyager_craft_malt organic Pilsner malt. Sourced from a regenerative farm in Coleambally, this malt is made in the traditional slightly under-modified European style. Then we used only traditional German hops in the kettle to balance the malt with a crisp bitter finish.
Oak aged in white wine barrels for 4 months we then carefully blended back with a small percentage of fresh beer and very lightly dryhopped and conditioned for a further 4 weeks.
Packaged unfiltered, the beer has a robust body, slight acidity, and a hint of toasted oak character, with layers of honey, a touch of malty sweetness and slight wisps of white wine.

On tap at Borefts Bierfestival, Bodegraven, Netherlands, Friday 23rd September 2022 in the company of many Ratebeerians. Pours light to mid gold, very light haze, nice fruity Pils perhaps could be a little bit crisper but it is refreshing and really pleasant.

Can. Just misted gold with a good inch of white head. 3+ Aroma of bread baked with grapes, light floral notes. Quite sweet and surprisingly grapey with hints of both butter and acid before a (slightly too) modestly bitter finish t hat's a bit peppery. But pretty tasty and certainly unusual.
