From bottle at Borefts 2022. Aroma is sour pickle, lemon, vinegar, citrus. Puckering sourness, a bit 'green' and young, lacks complexity. Medium body.

Bottle, 2022 edition. Color: Clear golden, no head. Aroma: Tart, grape, Brett funk. Taste: Over medium tart, wine vinegar notes, fruity grape, some grape skin and wood. Subtle rural funk. Medium body, low carbonation. Ok.

Bottle shared at tasting. A bit hazy yellow color, no head. Aroma and flavor are sourish, barnyard, apple. Like a combination with a cider. Or barrel aged on wine maybe? Idd but not bad.

Few moments of white rim; then just veiled golden beer. Wild yeasts galore, lactic acid, mushrooms, Bretts. Quite sour, ever so clear lactobacillus. Bit bananapeel, farmyard, ""funk"". Lemon in the finish. Light body with acidthinning, light acidburn, dry-out effect. Not the Great New Sour Brewer - but quite meritorious all the same. Txs to Stef!

Draught, taster. @Mash Beer Festival 2022, Barcelona (Spain). 29/10/2022 [#5.653 Global - #1.189 Spain - #1 Wild Nation (My Spanish Brewery #274)] Pours pale golden with a tiny white head. No retention. Aroma: tart, green apples and horse blanket. Taste: sour green apples, sulfur and wood. Tons of apple skin. Next one please!

Clear pale blond colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have a corky dryness. Sharp, almost sherbety. Thinnish.
