Fast schon majestätisch liegt das kastanienfarbene Bockbier im Glas. Darüber thront ein dichtes Schaumgebirge. Anfängliche Duftnoten von gerösteten Malz und dunklen Brot werden abgelöst von zarten Beerenaromen. Der Antrunk liefert uns ein cremig weiches Mundgefühl, bei dem Waldhonig mit feiner Caramelsüße verschmilzt. Der volle Malzkörper wirkt erwärmend im Abgang und hinterlässt eine langanhaltende angenehme Bittere.

Swing top bottle from bierzwerg.de web shop. Cola like brown color with small white head. Aroma of caramel, roasted malt. Taste, coffee, chocolate, burned sugar. Nice long bitter finish. Good.

(bottle) Clear, chestnut colour with a medium-sized yellowish, lacing head. Sweet and moderately toasty malt aroma with a touch of barnyard and a spicy hoppy note. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a soft and pleasant carbonation. Malty, moderately toasted taste with a touch of liquorice; medium-sweet malty finish with a distinctive hoppy bitterness in the lingering aftertaste. Well-crafted and rounded Franconian Bock.

Swing-top bottle: Clear, chestnut coloured, lacing mid-sized off-white head; delicate barnyardy, dark-malty nose with a distinctive "oaky" hoppy aroma; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, rather light bodied, very soft MF; distinctive bitter-sweet finish with an impressive hoppiness sticking to the tongue.
