1 pint bottle purchased at Julio's Liquors. Color shows a clear Amber with full foamy white head. Aroma is mildly malty, nuts, toffee, molasses hints. Is this dark enough to be a Dunkel ? Ummm maybe not. The body and texture leans on the watery side. Weak cereal grain finish. Goes down easy enough. But looking for a tad more character.

Amber colour, tall white pretty head. Aroma of bread, roasted malt, dry fruit. Medium body. Quaffable. Sweetish malty taste is accompanied by significant hoppy bitterness. Minimal acidity of roast. Delicate hops in ending. A pleasant one.

0,5 l bottle. Pours out in a dark copper, small light tanned head. Nearly nothing on the nose. Taste starts malty, light toasted, middle part with sweetness. Darker aftertaste with a soft bitterness. Standard stuff.

Bottle at Pigs Ear 2014. Malty aroma. Tasty enough. Initially some lager puke butit settles down. Some cereal. Not the best landbier a little thin a little pukey. A little over carbonated. Finish is ok . Not great.

Clear fox brown colour, off-white head. Malty aroma, caramel, light hops, hint of iron. Roasted malty flavour, caramel, iron and a light bitterness. Finish roasted malts and iron. Too bad of the metallic notes, but otherwise a decent beer.
(draught @ local restaurant, the name of which escapes me at the moment, Bavaria. Summer 2013)
