Keg at GBBF 2016. Day 1. Pours clear gold with a light, creamy, white head. The aroma holds cereal, lightly toasted honey, nips of citrus. Lightly sweet with more cereal grains, faint paper, crispy straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean to finish, with pleasant bitter straw and biscuits. Nice.

Keg at GBBF 2016 09/08/2016. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet cereal grains, bready, hint of apple. Flavour is composed of sweet grains, apple, cereal, bready malts, toffee dried apple. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, moderate carbonation. Good.

Bottle at GBBF 2016. Clear amber colour thin veige head. A fairly standard kellerbier s9me malt some hop some yeast. A nutty affair. Yes a little bready some soft fruit. Fine.

Bottle: Pale golden,hazy, smaller loose white head sticking to the glass; sourish-fruity traces in the grainy-strawy nose; light sweetish-bitter flavour, quite light bodied and a bit sticky; almost watery grainy-bitter finish. This beer presumably doesn’t age well…

Small particles floating all over my glass. Aroma is fruity with apricot, peach and hops. Flavour is somewhat tart, sweetish and hoppy with peach and apricot. A very fruity kellerbier – and nice.

Bottle. Salty/hard water citric aroma. Cloudy amber, plentifull carbonation, big white lace. Toffee malt base, good grassy and citric hops, underlying saltyness. Sparkly, yet chewy. Moreish.
