Disparate, transparant bubbles over brownish ruby beer. Fruity, sour - as cherries on soured milk, lagered in winebarrels. Old portwine, X-mas cake with crème Anglaise and walnuts. Co-taster finds vanilla. Complex, but... Sour, old cherries rehydrated in old wine, left in barrels. Quite tangy (~walnuts). Old wine, port, cark candi sugar, and again, soured milk. Dry-out effect. Alcoholheat, alcohol- and acidthinning. Quite slick all the same, and at least medium bodied. Medium, if invisible carbonation. but... it fails massively in one thing: balance. Txs to Stef!
