Draught @ Fox and Hounds, Sønderborg, Øllets Dag 2023. Pours clear amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with notes of yeast and touches of hops. Bitter flavour of hops with sweet notes of caramel malt and estery touches. Bitter and malty aftertaste. Decent.

440ml can as Kellerbier Classic, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Tromsødalen. Shared with Inga-Lill. Pours a big white head slowly declining over a misty pale golden body, spotty lacing. Moderate smell of grassy hops and cereal malts. Well blended taste profile of noble hops, cereal malts, and a distant touch of lemon. Discreet mid-dry bitter endnotes. Fine partner to our vegan soup. Can at Drinkoteka. Hazy yellow body, white head. DMS struck immediately, followed by some flowery and yellow fruit hoppiness. Soft, lightly fruity, vaguely flowery taste, bit juicy, yeasty, trace bitterness. Solid modern kellerbier overall.

8-4-7-4-15 Can, six months before bbd. Pours hazy yellow, with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with bread, honey and fresh hay with nice summery minerals, as well as zesty hoppy notes Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is pilsner malts with bread, hay and honey, as well as zesty hops with grassy notes. Dry, zesty finish. Refreshing and quaffable.
