Herb-hopfiger Antrunk, frisch. Die Herbe steigt, leichte Getreidenoten sind vorhanden und steigern sich ebenfalls. Würzig, herb, süffig. Leicht grasig, zum Ende bitter werdend wobei der Hopfen im Vordergrund steht. Gut! 9/11/12/12/11/12

Draught at the braugasthöfen
Blond color, same as the Export. The aroma is light, a bit grassy; there is also a light yeast trace that reminds me some harsh English Bitter, then some Danish poor brew. The flavor is quite ordinary, with light and dry malt, and a quite bold bitterness; there is a minimal trace of grassy and lemony hop, but it’s not enough. It’s too close to many bottled Lagers.

Bottle: Clear, pale golden, smaller white head with a little lace; moderate aromatic hoppy nose with a semi-bohemian pale-malty background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied, but smooth; slight lemony-hoppy traces in the mild bitter-sweet finish. Decent brew....

Bottle. Honey malt and fresh hay aroma. Clear golden yellow color with small head. Honey malt and mildly bitter hay flavor. Moderately acidic. Decent - not a typical German pils.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden coloured and effervescent hue with a big and loose foamy white head. Mildly sweet and grainy malty aroma with citric and herbal spicy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Soft pale malt character with primary herbal but also woody hops, lingering inter the dry and bitter finish. Pleasantly hoppy Pilsener. 18.XII.10

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear pale yellow colour, large white head. Lovely hoppy nose, very aromatic. Light malty base, lots of aromatic hops. Not bitter, but with a superb hop profile. You can literally taste the tradition of a South German family brewery... Brilliant Pils
