(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, orange colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Sour-fruity and and mildly sweet wheaty aroma with notes of citrus, banana and a tinge of caramel. Mildly sour and sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather calm carbonation for a Hefeweizen. Mildly wheaty and pronounced fruity taste with notes of citrus, banana and citrus, fairly balanced with delicately grainy and biscuity spots; moderately sweet and mildly sour-fruity finish with only shades of cloves topping it off. A fine Hefeweizen. 02.VI.12

3rd Wiener Bierfest, Vienna, Austria. Sampled by Kis Salétrom and Szebeni Ászok.

330ml bottle. Hazy orangey golden colour with average firm creamy lacing white head. Wheaty and fruity aroma, banana and apple, yeasty background. Fruity taste, apple, minimal citrus note, low carbonation, very decent finish. Tasty, fruity, a bit flabby.
