Wagner Zwilling, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Mit 5,8 % (laut Etikett) und mit Naturhopfen aus eigenem Anbau eher ein besonders eingebrautes Märzen als ein Landbier. - Dunkles Rotgold, klar. - In der Nase sattes, zart röstiges Toastmalz, Brotkruste, ein wenig Butter und Vanille, milde aber aromatische hopfenwürzige Herbe und eine leichte, gar nicht unangenehme ranzige Note. - Antrunk märzentypisch satt und tief toastmalzig mit dunkler Brotkruste und eher würziger als süßer Karamelnote, Bayrisch Blockmalz, Kräuterzucker. Feine hopfenwürzige und herbale Herbe mit mediterranen Kräutern und milder Orangenschale. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang fein malzbitter mit milder herbaler Herbe. - Schönes, intensiv malziges und elegant gehopftes Festbier, komplex und doch süffig. (16.2.2021.)

Bottle. Deep golden color. Bread and a hint of butter in the aroma. Grainy bready flavor with a hint of butter. Well balanced. Malt. Friendly.

Keg at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Almost clear amber, rich firm head. Floral, grassy nose with notes of dates. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Bready and grassy, just a hint of dates. Mid bitter finish.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes helles bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig herb, grasig. Geschmack herb, malzig, grasig.

Herber, dunkelgrasiger Beginn mit leicht muffigen Holznoten. Süffig, milde Würzigkeit. Frisch, wenig hopfig. Dann wird das Bier noch etwas muffiger, etwas röstig. 11/9/9/9/9/9

Bottle: Light amber coloured, a bit hazy, smaller stable foamy layer, mineralkc toasty nose, some bitterness detectable; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, almost medium bodied with a chewy MF; slightly lingering sweetish malty finish sith a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Not the nicest aroma, but all in all a chewy, well balanced brew…

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, hay, toasted, sweet malt, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120324]

Golden color; medium sized head. Some aroma of cereals. Mild malt flavor and cereals, ordinary bitterness.
Not offensive but anohter plain beer from Germany.

Bottle @ Miss January / AA Meeting Afterparty Tasting, March 2012. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head. Sweet grain and corn with a whiff of caramel. Mild paper. Rough grain and corn.Some honey. A bit thin.

500ml bottle. Clear deep orange amber with huge frothy off-white head. Caramel malt and grain aroma. Caramel malt taste with a very subtle sweetness. Slightly soapy bitter hop.
