Aqua Diabolica is semi sweet mead. We brewed it with EU Quality honey an a specially selected yeast. The result is a fruity mead with a light floral aroma. When the primary fermentaion was over we added a lot of spices, amongst others: vanilla, cinamon and cloves. The crown on this mead is of course the habanero-vanila tincture.
Together all these elements make for a balanced mead with a profound spicy base and a glowing finish.

Pours a darker gold. Scent is soft, honey finish, mild herbal quality from the peppers. Taste is sharp, spicy, pepper heath takes the lead. Honey softens the palate. Quite balanced, yet remains fairly intense. Not bad. Not bad at all !
