WEELDE 2017 SPONTANEOUS RYE SAISON
Bundel de krachten met Nevel Artisam Ales en er komen fantastische dingen uit. Deze spannende rogge-saison is gevoed met een wilde vergisting in 't Koelschip. Daarna is het geblend met een hoeveelheid vruchtvlees en heeft hij 9 maanden op een wijnvat liggen rijpen. En dan heb je wat! Een complex gerijpt zuur bier, fruitiger dan fruitig met een volle body door de rogge.

Tap at BAF. Hazy light yellow with white head. Funk, soft lemon, tart grains, light hay, spicy yeast, soft wheat. Almost medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Almost medium bodied.

Sampled @ BAF Rotterdam 2018. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, brett. Taste of tart yellow fruits, brett, apricot.

Tap at the Borefts after Festival 2018. Poured a hazy light amber colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, orange citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp, dry tart citrus fruit bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
