Brewed with Scottish malted barley, raw wheat and rolled oats. Fermented with a new-to-us mixed culture of Brettanomyces strains which were isolated from traditional Belgian Lambic producers. Aged in tank for four months, and then packaged completely unfruited and unhopped to showcase the flavour characteristics of this mixed culture. We get super juicy, sweet and sour citrus, white peaches, pineapple, musty funk and candied tropical notes.

375ml bottle @Chez Sophie. Pours a misty yellow, large white head. Flavoursome hit of palate filling sourness from the off, well carbonated, spritzy bubbles, fruity floral citrus notes, perhaps a lick of sherbet. Very enjoyable.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Dan. Pours mostly clear yellow with a bubbly, white head. Lightly sweet with some citric tartness, lemon candies, low acidity. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, more lemony tarts. Basic but enjoyable.

Thanks to Dan. A mild haze on this pale gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts. Good winey bretty crystallised fruits. Thin dry finish with a touch of spice. Nice.
