Flasche (50 cl) vom unschlagbaren Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Tiefes Goldbraun, sehr trüb; sortentypische üppige Schaumkrone. - In der Nase die üblichen fruchtig-weizenmalzigen Aromen, Banane, überreifes Obst, ergänzt durch eine herb-säuerliche Note. - Antrunk weizenmalzig süß mit überreifer Banane und Nelke, einem angenehm spritzigen Schuß Säure, etwas Zitrone und ein klein wenig grasiger Hopfenherbe. Gut rezent, erfrischend spritzig; nach der anfänglichen Süße geradezu leicht. Im Abgang nur milde Herbe. - Richtig gutes Hefeweizen, frisch aber komplex, durch zitrusfruchtige Aromen geschickt abgerundet. Könnte mich beinahe überzeugen, öfters mal ein Weizen zu trinken. Wenn nur diese Bananenaromen nicht wären ...

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, reife Bananen, leicht würzig.

Sehr schönes frisches Weizenbier. Im Antrunk schön hefig-frisch, viele fruchtige Aromen. Kaum Herbe wahrnehmbar. Im Nachgeschmack sehr schön hefig. Wirklich gutes Weizen!!

500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with huge, frothy, foamy, lasting, white head. Fruity, wheaty aroma, notes of banana and peach. Taste is minimally tart fruity, apple, a touch of husk; soft palate, average carbonation.
