Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, green session. Pours clear gold with a white head. Dry apple skins and funk on the nose. Flavour has semi-sweet apples, tannic skins. Pretty good.

Can 25 cl. Pours a clear, deep amber with a small, rough off-white head. Strong, leathery tannin aroma with overripe apples. Medium bodied, lightly sweet overripe apples, tannins and astringency. Lovely old school craft cider. 290924

2021 bottle. Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is good red apples, dash of leather and barn, custard. Taste is minerals, chalky, red apple skin, some tannins. Sparkly carbonation. Refreshing, good!

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bone dry, with wild yeast, crisp apple skins and oak. Flavour is bone dry, with light phenols, dry wild yeast, and apple skins. Dry, apple-y, and wild, with a touch of phenols.
