The second hop under the spotlight in our brand new series is Nelson Sauvin. A beautifully balanced hop which adds a huge breadth of aroma and flavour to any beer or all on its own as it is in this wonderfully aromatic IPA. A simple grain bill of pilsner malt, oats and wheat with 21 g/L of Nelson on the dry hop. Enticing aromas of honeysuckle, apple pie crust and pink grapefruit follow through on the palate with the addition of ripe gooseberry, medium-dry Riesling and honeydew. Delicate bitterness leads into a melody of lime marmalade and bassy, mellow nectarine.

440ml can. Murky yellow gold with a small white head. Aroma of mango, melon, grape, gooseberry. Taste of guava and mango, grape, melon, lots of gooseberry to finish, a bit dank and herbal, finally some vinous notes. Medium bodied.

Nice ketchup brew.
Hazed orange topped with a lasting creamy white cap.
Nose is mellow tropicana, grass, melon, mandarin, papaya.
Taste comprises stone fruit, grass, guava, pine resin, ripe melon, mandarin, soft malts, cantaloupe melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with a juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Solid easy drinking IPA ... not the most expressive Nelson you'll come across but well balanced and crushable.

Draught@TCBW2022. Hazy yellow colour with a small foamy white head. Aroma is citrus, some floral hops, pine, mild oaty tones with some nectar too. Flavour is citrus, some floral, mild sprucelike elements with some resin as well as some tropical fruits. Refreshing.

Can in the garden, 26th June 22. Pours a light hazy yellow. Aroma is grapes, citrus and floral, light spice. Taste is lychee and grapes, tingle of spice, citrus and floral, bitter finish. Very good
