Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Pale golden colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, woody barrel, oak & vanilla hints. Taste is apple, fleshy, wood, barrel notes, oak, vanilla, acetic funk with some tart acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry woody acidic & slight tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Beerdome. Misty unclear yellow appearance. Interesting, characterful cider.. a touch waxy but presents a tangy acetic blend, good wild elements coursing with a sharp sour feel.

Bottle. Bit hazy pale golden. Elderflower, dry apple, oak, dry white wine, more floral notes, soft pear, indeed some rum. Light sweet and bitter. A bit watery, medium dry. A lot of tricks going on to elevate this to decent, even though the apples are maybe not the best cider apples. Well made, though not as nice as a solid UK or French cider.
