This elegant fruit beer is a beautiful combination of tart cherry juice, unmalted wheat and our proprietary Belgian yeast strain. The result is a mouthwatering burst of sweet fruit balanced with an equal tartness ending with a crisp and effervescent wave of bubbles.

Very nice to encounter this one here, as the brewery was founded by Pierre Celis, the creator of the Witbier Hoegaarden. All in all a worthy nod to the Belgian-style Kriek, although it's evidently not a real flavoured Lambic and indeed, like the brewery itself mentions, more of a genuine Fruit Beer.
