750 ml bottle. 2019 vintage. Complete 2019 vertical. Aroma has chili pepper, chocolate, wood like hits. I can’t really find coconut in aroma or flavor. Body and texture are correct. Pepper heat is light.

Bottle (2019) pour in bottle share. Appearance is opaque inky black with nice viscosity, no sparkle, thin ring of off-white head, and no lacing. Aroma is nice balanced cinnamon, cacao, vanilla and coconut. Taste is strong bittersweet roasted malt, cinnamon, chiles, cacao, vanilla. Not getting the coconut. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, light alcohol and cinnamon heat and finish as taste. Overall, very nice but coconut is muted in aroma and not even really present in flavor, so that's a bit disappointing.
Smooth, dont really get coconut, chilies are well balanced, similar to base.

Bottle at share. Near black, small patchy head. Aroma is coffee, roast malts and coconut. Taste brings a little sweetness, roasty bitterness and light notes from the coconut.

Sample at Toronado Seattle. Black pour with some brown around the edges and a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a dense film. Patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of coconut, malt, vanilla and cinnamon. Full-bodied with flavors of chocolate malt, vanilla, toasted coconut, cinnamon and subtle peppers. The finish is coconuts and chocolatey malt. Good beer all around.
