Bottle. It pours an almost clear body, brown in color, and with a small, dark beige head. Malty aroma with a good chili addition, some prunes and a touch of something reminsicent of higher alcohols. The flavor is much the same, dark maltyness and a chili touch, Would like more burn from the chili. Prunes, toffee and some chocolate too in the flavor. Full body. In the end the chili is more pronounced. A quite balanced beer that I think could use some more sting. 110108

Bottled. A deep red beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of chili, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and sirup with an underlying light burn of chili, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle. Nice head with medium duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are fruits, nuts, chili, caramel and hops.

Bottle 33 cl. Clear reddish brown with no head at all. Lightly tart aroma with a distinct chili character. Light body, a little tart fruit and again dry chili with a discreet bite. Ends rather sweet. 070510

Clear dark amber with no head. Aroma had chillis, roasted malt and caramel notes. Spicy flavour that carried chilli, roasted malt, caramel and mushrooms. Finished spicy.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark amber color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark berry, prune, date, clammy sweet aroma. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet chili in the finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100507]

Dark orange colour with small head.Aroma is nice spicey with taste of pepper and chili good malty with mild finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty and distinct chili vegetable flavoured. Dry and roasted with a nice caramelish note. Dry and slight bite into a smooth malty finish. Chili dominant finish.
