Draught 4yr. old Lambic Small rim over ochre-orange beer. Wet nuts, horseblanket, yellow sour fruit, some sulphur. (Warm) wet rags. Remarkably dry, sulphury touches, yet lots of fruity esters; woody, wheat, leather polishn not-quite-ripe medlars. Very dry. Obviously little carbonation. Some (wheaty) slickness, acidthinning. Faintly lemon in the aftertaste. Well-aged lambic.

6/8/2025. Keg at GBBF 2025. Peppery, spiced, fruity woody, yeasty, hedgerow aroma. Drying tartness. Slightly salty.

Draft at Grote Dorst. It pours crystal clear like apple juice with a few bubbles on the cap, . The aroma is musty, sweaty, barnyard, some orchard fruits, woody, earthy, spicy, white wine vinegar and gooseberry. The taste is quite smooth, musty, damp basement, dull bitterness, barnyard, spicy, leafy, gooseberry, white currant, cheap white wine, deep bretty funk, some minerality and leather with a drying, damp leafy finish. Flat and slightly oily in the mouth. Pleasing texture to it. Quite an interesting unblended.

pours clear, darker amberblonde. Scent is full, sharp and dry. Brett and wood. Taste is sharp, dry, bit astrigent. very woody. Mild bourbon like profile. Acidic back. Nice

@ BXL Beerfest. 5 years old Hazy copper colour, no foam. Flat lambic with notes of wood, lemon and also paint thinner and varnish. A bit dusty and unbalanced.

Draught at Khyber: pours orange with a small head. Light funkiness, basement, sweet fruitiness. Taste is sourish, sweetish. Fine. Mediocre lambic.
